Keep holding on to the handrail (whatever that is for you) even when you have your eyes shut - which I think is allowed from time to time.

We don't ask that these experiences are like rollercoaster rides, and real rollercoasters are pale imitations.

I've read a few of your previous posts, and you position guilt large, but what mainly comes across to me is sadness in your voice.

I hope it goes as well as it can in the near future and two (or more) healthy people emerge.

It's important to check there is an off-switch under each seat before boarding the ride.

sounds like you are going through a tough time, and doing something that i probably should be doing too, and I have it all to look forward to. You start your blog with a letter and not a story, so we the readers do not know it all, but I think i get the idea.
